Here are some easy breakfast that you can prepare in minutes:
- Toasted bread with cheese
- Toasted bread with half-cooked egg and sausages

- Cornflakes/koko crunch and fresh white/chocolate milk
- Pancakes with honey, syrup or chocolate sauce
- Steamed/boiled corn
- Cheese sandwich
- Egg sandwich
- Tuna sandwich
- Sausage rolls
- Herb roast potatoes
- Garlic bread
- Fried noodle/instant noodle/beehon/kueyteow/rice/pasta
- French toast
- Onigiri egg mayo/salmon - cook sushi rice as you cook rice. Prepare the egg mayo using hard boiled eggs, Kewpie's mayo and salt.
- Egg banjo - you only need eggs, burger buns, onion, tomato, lettuce chilli sauce and mayonnaise
- Fried bread with sardines
- Nasi lemak - you can cook the rice in the morning. Prepare the chilli paste in advance by blending chilli with onions and garlic then fry with some oil. Freeze some of the paste and keep some in the fridge. In the morning you can make the sambal very quickly by cooking the chilli paste with anchovies and sliced onions and tamarind paste. Serve with sliced cucumbers and hard boiled eggs

- Aglio olio - fettucine/spaghetti fried with olive oil, prawns, garlic, sliced dried chilli and paprika
