Salmon in Croissant

I think this is really a creative way of having breakfast. Instead of bread, you can buy freshly baked croissant from the bakery shop and prepare the filling.

Ingredients:
  • A block of salmon (marinated with apple cider vinegar or lemon, pepper, olive oil, salt and herbs, then grilled)
  • Romaine lettuce or any other suitable leafy veggie for making sandwich
  • Salt
  • Sliced yellow onion
  • Red bell pepper, diced
  • Char grilled sauce or mayonnaise
  • Tomato, diced
  • Reduced salt margarine
1.  Mix salmon, yellow onion, bell pepper and tomato in a bowl. Add in mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste.
2.  Cut the croissant in the middle (like a pocket) and spread some margarine.
3.  Put some lettuce and stuff the filling.
4. Your croissant is ready to be served.
